JoJo Slide Exercise is a choreographed dance based off the popular cha cha slide. St. Louis own choreographer and dance instructor Joe Hodges, incorporates ballet, jazz, hip hop and salsa dance moves to strengthen and tighten the body. Fun while losing weight, makes my day. Come out on Thursday evenings at 6:30-7:30 and slide with us.
A percentage of the proceeds will go towards the art programs and mission of Yeyo Arts Collective a 501c3 organization.
